Thank you for supporting the important work of Equality Utah. Your contribution will assist us in achieving our vision of a fair and just Utah.

You can make your gift to either Equality Utah or to Equality Utah Foundation.

Gifts of $25 or more to Equality Utah, our 501 (c)(4) membership and lobbying organization, will automatically enroll you as member of the organization. As a member, you will receive email Action Alerts, invitations to special member events and free admission to "OUT for Equality" events. While gifts to our lobby organization are not tax-deductible, your gift allow us to:

Your gift to Equality Utah Foundation, our 501(c)(3) organization, assists us with our community education efforts. These programs focus on the issues impacting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Utahns. Gifts to Equality Utah Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by the Internal Revenue Service.
