Shannon Collaer is the VP, DEI & Talent at R-Zero. Originally from Idaho, she made Utah her home following a stint in Wasington, DC, where she earned her undergraduate degree and built a foundation in politics and community work. Always passionate about progressive change, Shannon has served on municipal and gubernatorial campaigns in Idaho, Montana, and Utah. In her downtime, she can be found exploring the trails of the Wasatch, obsessing over podcasts, or catching a Salt Lake Film Society feature. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from the George Washington University, and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell. She joined the PAC Board in 2021.
