Michele Corigliano, a New Jersey native, is the Executive Director of the Salt Lake Area Restaurant Association (SLARA), an organization that protects and promotes Salt Lake County’s independent restaurants and bars. She also owns Easy Food Handlers and Easy Alcohol Training, which provides online permits for those in the food service industry. She earned her BA in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a minor in Economics. She earned her MBA from Westminster College of Utah with an emphasis in Marketing. Michele owned a chain of day spas for twenty years before selling them in 2015. She has resided in Salt Lake City for over two decades and is a single mother of two good looking and brilliant adult sons.
