Operations Director
Christy has lived in the Salt Lake valley since she was 5 years old but has always stayed true to her Southern roots having been born in South Carolina. She attended the University of Utah and graduated with a degree in English Literature.
Prior to joining Equality Utah, she was a manager at Netflix in several different departments including Corporate Escalations, Social Media, Regulatory Compliance and Privacy. In these various capacities, she spearheaded programs meant to foster a more inclusive and comfortably diverse environment for Netflix employees of all genders and backgrounds.
As Operations Manager with Equality Utah, she hopes her background and experience will aid in the efficiency of business operations and contribute to its overall mission.
