Jaclyn Pace

Jaclyn Pace is a lifelong educator, community organizer, and LGBTQ advocate committed to building a more just and inclusive Southern Utah. With over 20 years in education, she is a K–8 certified teacher and devoted Montessorian holding an Elementary II credential from the American Montessori Society. Jaclyn believes deeply in the power of education to transform lives and dismantle systems of inequity, and now teaches in the Psychology Department at Utah Tech University. She serves on the board of IncludEd United, a nonprofit supporting teachers and advancing inclusive practices in schools across the state.

From 2023 to 2026, Jaclyn served on the Executive Committee for Pride of Southern Utah as Director of Outreach, leading efforts to connect volunteers, build partnerships with local organizations, and expand the reach of LGBTQ advocacy in a region where that work is vital. Her advocacy is rooted in intersectionality: the understanding that queer liberation is inseparable from racial justice, food sovereignty, environmental sustainability, and economic equity.

Beyond her LGBTQ advocacy, Jaclyn serves as Director of the Utah Farmers Market Network, helping make Utah’s farmers markets more welcoming and inclusive spaces, and as Development and Operations Coordinator for Conserve Southwest Utah. Whether she’s in the classroom, at a farmers market, exploring the local wilderness, or organizing for Pride, Jaclyn shows up with the same conviction: that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
