Mentorship

Program Features

Students participate in intimate cohorts that meet three times per semester, focusing on:

  • Professional Development

    Building essential career skills through guided mentorship:

    • One-on-one mentorship with program facilitators
    • Interview preparation and time management skills
    • Building leadership qualities
    • Career planning strategies

  • Network Building

    Creating lasting connections that extend beyond the classroom:

    • Connect with peers across Utah institutions
    • Build relationships with local professionals
    • Join an active community and learn from like-minded individuals
    • Engage with LGBTQ leaders in business and community

  • Wellness Support

    Developing tools for personal growth and balance:

    • Mental health education sessions
    • Stress management techniques
    • Mindfulness practice workshops
    • Personal resilience building
