David Reymann

David Reymann is a nationally recognized litigator with deep expertise in complex commercial disputes and First Amendment law. He has represented major Utah and national media organizations, helped draft Utah’s reporter’s shield and anti-SLAPP laws, and regularly advocates for government transparency through the Utah Freedom of Information Hotline.

David also brings extensive experience supporting direct-sales and network-marketing companies in high-stakes legal matters, advising on compliance, contracts, and litigation strategy. He has been repeatedly honored as “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America and is consistently recognized by Super LawyersBenchmark Litigation, and Utah Business’s Legal Elite.

A past president of the Salt Lake County Bar Association and adjunct professor at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, David balances his professional life with Utah’s exceptional fly-fishing — though he still misses true southern food.
