Carley Martin

Carley Martin serves as Equality Utah’s Development Director, where her professional expertise meets a deeply personal mission. With a career rooted in business development and relationship building, she is focused on building partnerships that bridge the gap between corporate social responsibility and impactful community advocacy.

Carley works closely with donors, sponsors, and community partners across Utah to grow the resources that power Equality Utah’s advocacy, education, and political action work. She approaches fundraising as relationship-building first — listening closely, building trust, and helping partners see exactly how their support advances fairness and opportunity for LGBTQ Utahns. Carley is energized by the chance to connect people and organizations around a shared commitment to a more inclusive Utah.
